Do you want to grow your skills in dance or physical theatre while strengthening your singing voice? Do you want to develop your voice as part of your physical, performative practice? Would you rather train singing and movement together than apart?
The Educational Year + Voice is a ten-month intensive programme built around the interplay of movement, voice and performance. You train the connection between singing and physical presence to find your own artistic form of expression. Through motivated group work and focused one-to-one singing lessons, you explore how voice and body work on each other, moment to moment. Rather than classical acting, the emphasis is on interpreting text and sound through the body. The programme gives you room to grow as an artist, and works as a solid orientation year or preparatory study for interdisciplinary performing arts degrees.

Participants in our programs can attend seminars and workshops from Production & Management at no extra cost. These sessions provide essential knowledge in areas such as funding, marketing, and law to help you build a professional foundation for your artistic career.

We highly recommend attending in person to experience the SENECA INTENSIV community directly on site. However, if you are unable to travel to Berlin, we offer the option of a video audition.
