The EDUCATION YEAR is a 10-month intensive program designed for individuals who wish to engage intensively - both practically and theoretically - with Dance, Circus, Physical Theatre, or Dance & Voice over a 10-month period. It can serve as a preparation for further studies or as an artistic orientation year.
Our three development programs are aimed apracticing artists and lecturers. Each can be taken individually, or participants can complete all three over time to receive the Move & Teach qualification. The programs explore dance pedagogy, movement practice, and creative teaching methods, bringing together artists and educators from diverse backgrounds to develop their artistic and educational practice.
A variety of formats create space for artistic development, research, and performance. Our range includes the Company SI, the backfertig OPEN STAGE, and Kondensat – the final year-end performance of our professional development programs.

Enables SENECA INTENSIV graduates to remain artistically connected after completing their training. The company offers space for technical development, regular practice and additional stage and project experience in a professional network.

Diverse formats open up spaces for artistic development, research and performance. From Company SI to the ready-to-bake OPEN STAGE to cross-generational projects such as the Ido Labor 55+.

KONDENSAT presents the final papers of SENECA INTENSIV participants. Performances of dance, contemporary circus, physical theatre and dance & voice.

The IDO Lab invites people aged 55 and over to discover movement as an artistic practice. In this laboratory, we use approaches from contemporary dance and choreographic research to explore the stories that our bodies carry through time and memory.
