Our PERFORMANCE Programs

Each of these programs offers participants the opportunity to dive deep into their respective field of movement art: Dance, Circus, Physical Theatre. In an interdisciplinary environment, people from different backgrounds come together to prepare for a professional course, discover other disciplines for their existing artistic practice and expand their network. 4 to 5 days per week. From 9 am to 3 pm.

EDUCATIONAL YEAR DANCE

The EDUCATIONAL YEAR DANCE is for people who want to spend 10 months intensively dealing with the subject of DANCE, both practically and theoretically. Mondays to Thursdays are for dancing, sweating and creating! More than 160 moving days, space for creativity, a motivated group. DANCE in an intensive practical form with theoretical background knowledge. In a fixed group you can explore dance technique and dance art, space, music and other artistic genres in interaction with movement. It can be used as a creative space per se, for further development, as a preparation for studies, as a time-out, as further education, with intensive opportunities for networking. The focus of the year is on experiencing dance as an art form: the big final performance at the end of the year offers you the opportunity to try out your skills as a dancer in various works by professional choreographers and as a choreographer of your own stage play.

EDUCATIONAL YEAR CIRCUS

In this ten-month basic training for contemporary circus, we offer you the opportunity to get intensively involved with the art of contemporary circus and to take a good step towards your goal of becoming a professional circus performer. More than 160 moving days, space for creativity, a highly motivated team - circus in an intensive practical form with theoretical background knowledge. You would like to apply to training institutions? You would like to get involved with circus in a practical and theoretical way? Would you like to train regularly in a fixed group and try out your artistic skills? Then the circus education year is the right choice for you!

EDUCATIONAL YEAR PHYSICAL THEATRE

The Educational Year Physical Theatre is an educational program at the interface of dance, drama and circus; based on the technique Mime Corporel Dramatique (Etienne Decroux). The body is at the centre. From classical pantomime to modern mime, from the tradition of commedia dell' arte to performance. From clowning to acrobatics.

We discover the public space, work with objects and puppets, play with masks, clowning, composition, improvisation and open up new paths for movement theatre from historical backgrounds.
