The day seminar on the DasArts feedback method is intensively dedicated to a proven method of artistic feedback. The participants deepen their skills in the constructive assessment of work-in-progress performances. Two presentations serve as case studies for the practice-oriented method.

The method is characterized by its process-oriented and dialogue-oriented approach. Through practical exercises and group discussions, participants learn to provide differentiated and appreciative feedback that not only strengthens the artistic work but also the creative process.

Why is a method of giving feedback so important?

  1. Encourage development: Constructive feedback supports the continuous development of artistic work and sharpens creative visions.
  2. Strengthen collaboration: An effective feedback method promotes open communication and improves teamwork in artistic projects.
  3. Increase audience loyalty: Targeted feedback makes it possible to understand and optimize the impact on the audience, which strengthens the connection between artists and audiences.
  4. Enable self-reflection: Structured feedback supports artists' self-reflection, promotes critical consideration of their own work and accelerates individual development.

The seminar provides the tools and insights to provide qualified feedback and to experience the positive effects of a constructive feedback process in artistic practices. It is an investment in developing individual skills and creating a supportive artistic community.
