How do you start an artistic project—and, above all, where do you begin? This workshop focuses on exploring different ways to launch a project and consciously shaping your own approach to your work. Under the guidance of Felix Baumann and Robert Schulz, participants will be guided through a dynamic method that offers different approaches and allows space to choose their own path—and to occasionally change direction, set things aside, and pick them up again later.

Through shared reflection and mutual support within the group, a practical exchange emerges that helps participants take action more quickly—both in their artistic work and in organizational and conceptual areas. The goal of the workshop is to develop individual strategies for establishing a clear starting point from which projects can grow. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to set their ideas in motion and purposefully refine their working processes.
