  • 22. - 25.04. // Mediation Competence - INCLUSIVE WORK

What does "inclusion" actually mean and how does the term differ from "integration"? Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities from 2013 postulates that the education system is responsible for supporting all people in the development of their mental and physical talents and abilities and in the development of their own personality and creativity. But how can this be implemented in dance? Where is the potential for extracurricular dance education to fulfill this ideal?

The seminar promotes an inclusive attitude of teachers in the art of movement. Structures will be discussed on how teachers can create a space that enables all individuals to develop and learn.

  • 09.06. // DasArts Feedback Method in Practice

The one-day seminar on the DasArts feedback method is intensively dedicated to a proven method of artistic feedback. Participants deepen their skills in the constructive evaluation of work-in-progress performances. Two performances serve as case studies for the practice-oriented method.

The DasArts feedback method is characterized by its process-oriented and dialogue-based approach. Through practical exercises and group discussions, participants learn to give differentiated and appreciative feedback that not only strengthens the artistic work, but also the creative process.

Why is a method for giving feedback so important?

1 **Encourage development:** Constructive feedback supports the continuous development of artistic work and sharpens creative vision.

2 **Strengthen collaboration:** An effective feedback method promotes open communication and improves teamwork in artistic projects.

3 **Increase audience engagement:** Targeted feedback enables understanding and optimizing the impact on the audience, which strengthens the connection between artists and audience.

The DasArts Feedback Method seminar provides the tools and insights to give qualified feedback and experience the positive effects of a constructive feedback process in artistic practices. It is an investment in the development of individual skills and in the creation of a supportive artistic community.
