This seminar focuses less on pure theory and more on tangible, immediately applicable anatomy—presented in a practical way for an interdisciplinary group of dancers, physical theater artists, singers, and circus performers. The goal is to make your own training more targeted and to prevent injuries.

Over the course of three sessions, we will focus on:

Session 1 – Core, Spine & Breathing: Alignment of the pelvis and spine; the interplay between the diaphragm and core tension

Session 2 – Muscles, Fascia & Movement Practice: The interplay between muscles and fascia; stretching, flexibility, and recovery

3rd Session – Limbs & Joint Protection: Mechanics of the shoulder girdle, hips, knees, and feet—force transmission and joint protection during jumps, lifts, or inversions

Ideal for anyone who wants to make their training more anatomically sound and sustainable.
